Diagnosed with SPD. I have to rest and have physio.
Even more excellent - if I have another episode of "Braxton hicks" like I did Saturday night, I am to ring triage at the labour ward and go in and be checked and monitored.
Ok, I'm not panicking in the slightest. Nope, I'm really not. Honestly.
No panicking. Relax. Take care of yourself. Let hubby take care of you. Baby's going to make itself comfy for at least 8 more weeks.
ReplyDeleteGoodness, you're already having Braxton Hicks?! Well the SPD won't affect your labour as you're doing a C-section. It's just going to be more painful for you this last tri. :( I'm sorry to hear this.
ReplyDeleteI had to google SPD, but i'm sorry! Sounds awful. Rest up, get some TLC from Bongo and who knows, maybe you'll get a very handsome physio?! xx
ReplyDeleteSteph, I love the way you think. Mmm...may you have lots of hot men, not just physios.
